We are a registered NC Century Farm that has been in our family since 1835. We are located in Rowan County in the beautiful farming community of Mt. Ulla. We only sell Beef that is born and raised on our farm. We DO NOT use growth implants. Our Beef is "Grain Finished" and still has health benefits of Omega 3's similar to strictly grass fed beef does and we think with added flavor and tenderness. Primarily we sell beef halves and quarters that are custom cut to your specifications, placed into vacuumed sealed packages, frozen rock hard and delivered to you. You can have a year supply of beef with one order! We can also supply your restaurant and/or food truck needs with our "Whole Steer Burger". Our Farm Store is now open. We have individual cuts available, and beef bundles for sale. All items are on our website, and can be found by selecting the "Shop" tab.
